Yesterday & today I had class all day.
I made frosted chewies last night (rice crispie treats with chocolate on top). I didn't know that Europe used a different measuring system other than Cups, tlbs, tsp., etc. I had to eyeball everything. And I also had to make things up as I went because a few of the groceries I cannot find. I assume it was good, because today I shared with some girls & they almost ate the entire pan! Some people on my floor decided that I must be a good cook, based on the fact that I cooked hamburger to put in my spaghetti to make "meat sauce".
A guy from my floor took me bike shopping yesterday. He got the guy to drop the price, so I might go get it tomorrow! That guy also LOVES ice cream. He shared some with me! It was the best ever, since I haven't eaten ice cream since...before I left home!!!
A few of the girls are going to Spain in February. But they are just going to lay out on the beach. I hope to go another time when I can sight see AND enjoy the sun.
The sun was out all day on Sunday. The Swedes were trying to plan thier day so they could be outdoors as much as possible.
It has been very cold & drizzly. But that's better than what you are getting!!!
