Tufvan (too-vawn) is a place to hang out or eat lunch. Really there are cafes nearly every time you turn around. This reminds me somewhat of EIU's student union.
Sivans is one of the 3 on campus "clubs" more or less.
This is the back of the main building, which is considered another building. Through the windows are tables to eat or study. There are microwaves for bringing lunches.
Many people bike to class.
Front of the main building. This is where they brought me when I arrived.
This is the path I take to school. Past the end of this sidewalk is a tunnel, which leads to a bus stop.
The bikes at the train station.
See how BIG the UBK Cathedral really is?
Where I live. My corridor is the 2nd to last window on the mid floor. I'm lucky because i got a window facing the street.
The train that brought me here from Copenhagen.
Campus library. The weather was the nicest yet. I got to wear my light coat :) Today I barely started on my big paper. I want to get that baby done & over with. My friend & I walked to town to take care of some things. Swedish people need to learn how to give directions, or I need to learn how to take them. We got about 5 different directions to the bank! We wandered around a lot. I put my foot in my mouth when I asked a South Korean girl for Chinese recipes! woops. She made South Korean pizza (flour, egg, veggies, some water fried like an omelet). Another guy made a Spanish omlet the other day (it had onions & potatoes). They both looked VERY good.

I think your weather is better than ours. It is brrrr cold here again today. No snow, at least not yet. As with the rest of the family, it is a daily ritual checking your blog every day. Love the pictures, doing a great job. Love Grandma
