I put Nathan on the train this morning. He should get home in Charleston about 9:00pm tonight! He's pretty tired.
These mummies of a rat & cat were found in the organ. Probably the cat was chasing the rat & got stuck!
These gold eagle Bible stands were spread throughout churches in Ireland a few hundred years ago.
This organ was constructed mainly by Peter Sweeney in 1984!

The crypt was the oldest most original part of the church. Ruins of the absolute original cathedral above ground are found out front of the church. In the crypt was old historical information & ruins transferred in for showing.

Was the organ in the cathedral in Dublin? Did you meet anyone with the name of Sweeney there. Just curious. gs
